Red is a traditional grill house in every sense of the word.

With an interior that transports diners into the hub of New York's Meat Packing District, a peppering of raw French style, and the focus placed firmly on food it is sure to be a local favourite.

Owner Dave Matheson (Big Red) has travelled the globe to source only quality cuts of meat from the finest butchers of Texas and Aberdeen, upholding the highest standards of animal husbandry and care.

The wine list also makes some very interesting bed time reading...

There is also a variety of non-meaty options on the menu for the grazers amongst you. The second floor of the restaurant is an exclusive cocktail bar with views of St Peter Port's famous harbour - perfect for sunset downers, and of course some late night frivolity.

The bar and restaurant are available for private hire and corporate events.
