Nacho Mama's Grilled Cheese opened in July 2013 in Bloomington-Normal, and moved to Tazewell County in March 2015, and Peoria early in 2016. Serving up hot, gourmet, gooey sandwiches featuring a wide variety of cheeses and other ingredients, Nacho Mama's will make all your grilled cheese dreams come true!
We currently feature around 15 specialty sandwiches daily, changing our menu every few weeks, rotating through a list of 50 (and counting!) original creations made with local cheeses that we hand-shred and fruits and veggies we prepare each day. All of our food is made-to-order so you always get the freshest and most original grilled cheese possible!
We have gluten-free bread available, so those with gluten allergies can enjoy our sandwiches, along with nachos and most sides! .
We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.
