We at Modhani Yogurts have created a one of a kind Greek yogurt that is not only nutritious and extraordinary in its taste, but acts as a preventative agent against a whole host of diseases and disorders. After two years of research and product development, our yogurt consists not only of the usual fruits you would expect, but also a unique blend of herbs and spices featuring turmeric: the ancient spice of Asia. We use turmeric in our yogurt because not only does it taste great but it also has medicinal properties.

Research has shown that curcumin – the active ingredient in turmeric – may reduce inflammation, symptoms of osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis. Lab studies indicate that curcumin may act as an anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory; it may even prevent the growth of certain kinds of tumors, Alzheimer’s disease, stomach ulcers, and high cholesterol.
