Mashita features Korean inspired dishes that please and accommodate all, including those with gluten-free and vegetarian preferences. We cook and serve from our 1999 Chevrolet step van that has been converted into a fully mobile, commercial kitchen. We are experienced event and wedding caterers, as well as offering day-to-day meal options. Mashita is the food truck that means delicious!
