Mala Sichuan Bistro was started by a husband and wife who wanted to share their passion for authentic Sichuan food with Houston. A special blend of savory and spicy, there isn’t another cuisine quite like it. Aside from the traditional spice you get from the “La” side of the coin, “Ma” is what makes Sichuan so unique -- a tingling, slightly numbing sensation that perfectly primes your palate for the familiar spice of “La”. All of our menu items incorporate this powerful pairing, and we would love nothing more than to welcome you and introduce you to some of our favorite dishes.
