We are the first and only steam hot pot in Canada. Our focus is seafood with a healthier steam variant of your regular hot pot!
What is steam hot pot?
As the name implies, the concept is the same as your traditional hot pot only instead of dunking your food in a pre-made broth, you spread your food over a steam plate with holes set on top of a pot to cook your food with steam from spring water making this a healthier alternative. In the pot underneath the steaming plate is an option of a congee or healthy herbal soup bases. Steam hot pot helps to keep the natural flavor and texture of your food and also subtly add hints of the soups flavor through the steam and at the same time, the drippings of your steamed goodies adds amazing flavor to your congee or soup base for you to enjoy after!
