Killer Q is the concept of Founders John Crane and Marco Brito. Both are certified pit masters and both have extensive knowledge of Southern BBQ from different regions. Together they formed this enterprise to bring competition level BBQ to events, street corners, parties andgatherings in the greater Charlotte NC and surrounding area.
