Founder & CEO, Joe Carlucci, knows how REAL N.Y pizza should taste growing up in NY. Inspired by his Italian-American heritage, he studied the art of pizza for 15 years under his mentor & great friend, 11 time world pizza champion Tony Gemigani. Throughout the years Joe became a teammate & fellow founding member of the “World Pizza Champions” and was a Four-Time World Pizza Champion and Guinness World Record Holder. In 2015, combining his N.Y. background, experience, education & awards received from around the world “Joe’s World Famous Pizzeria” was born...
Joe has perfected his pies, truly respecting the craft and blends a handful of styles together, fusing recipes from all over the world, using only the freshest, most authentic ingredients possible and even more using a true Neapolitan oven.
