Our bar-B-Q is slow-smoked for upto 14 hours over low heat hickory coals to coax out that original smoky flavor. And everything is made from scratch. Yes, everything. From our hand-pattied, fresh-ground burgers to the croutons that top our salads, even the pie crusts are flour and rolling pin fresh, because we know that delicious is in the details.
