La Perla Hotel is the finest example of the neoclassical style of architecture that exists in Nicaragua. This 150 year old mansion was carefully restored in 2007 and is located in the center of León, only two blocks away from the Cathedral of La Asunción, UNESCO's World Heritage since June 28, 2011.
