Hook and Ladder BBQ

One a hot summer day in August of 2014, two firefighters pitched in to barbeque for a fellow firefighter's wedding. On that day, Hook and Ladder BBQ was born.

The name Hook and Ladder BBQ is a homage to the Silverton Fire District from where both founders, (Ray Dandeneau and Dan Brown) are volunteers. The Silverton Fire District was originally formed in 1883 as Eagle, Hook, and Ladder No.1.

Today, the mission of Hook and Ladder BBQ is to provide excellent quality BBQ using fresh local ingredients. All of our sauces and rubs are made from scratch and we barbeque using official Traeger grills.
