Holy Smoke is an award-winning barbeque restaurant, situated on Little Hanover Street. The only in Cork, the restaurant specialises in pit-smoked BBQ, pre-cooking the 100% Irish meat low-and-slow for four to sixteen hours. All our custom cuts of fresh Irish meats are smoked in-house daily and are served with carefully selected varieties of home-made garnish to complement each dish. Holy Smoke's wood and charcoal are sourced from 100%-sustainable woodlands and are free from nasty chemicals. This gives a unique and distinct aroma and taste to the meat's ‘bark’. Each cut of meat is coated with one of our three custom-blend Smoke House Original Dry Rubs. Dry Rubbing is the process of seasoning meat using a variety of herbs and spices to create delicious flavours. The dry-rubbed meat is then cooked low-and-slow in our specially imported smoker, and regularly basted using our handmade Herb Brush to build even more flavour and complexity. The meats, sides and extras are finished on Holy Smoke's custom-built BBQ grill, to complete that mouth-watering Pit Smoked BBQ taste.
