Hazel's Ice Cream Shoppe is a family-owned business in Norfolk, NY since 2006. Located next to the Norfolk Memorial Garden Park, Hazel's is well-known in St. Lawrence County for serving delicious Perry’s soft serve custard to guests of all ages.

At Hazel's we value our guests and take pride in creating your frozen treats. Thanks to the support and feedback, Hazel's has grown from offering limited soft and hard flavors, to featuring a variety of frozen treats, including:
