We think you can have a sustainable, profit-generating business that creates a positive social impact.

We provide opportunities for Tasmanians facing barriers to employment learn new skills and get hands-on experience in the hospitality industry.

We collaborate with local employment and training organisations, and invite participants in their programs to come and join our little village. We give participants practical experience because we want them to gain the skills and confidence they need to get a job.
