Við étum það sem úti frýs og lepjum dauðann úr skelinni. Illgresi er ekki til. Við viljum sýna fram á þá staðreynd með því að bjóða fólki upp á hágæða hráefni úr matarkistu íslenskrar náttúru.

Góðgresi - means the opposite of “illgresi”, the icelandic word for weeds. By using the word Góðgresi (lit. good plants) for many tasty and powerful herbs that grow naturally all around us, we want to show that many of these “weeds” are actually beneficial. We focus on picking and using such wild herbs and thereby hope to make people interested in engaging and experimenting with their immediate environment.
