FreshMex: Custom made, Tex-Mex style street food in Aberdeen, Scotland. Founded in 2015 as a food stall, FreshMex now operates food residencies in local family run bars the Adams (145 Holburn St) and St Machar (97 High St) 7 days a week, sit-in & takeaway

FreshMex is a fast casual eatery and food stall that brings fresh, fully customisable Tex-Mex street food to the North-East of Scotland.

Started in May 2015 as a pop-up catering firm by Aberdonians Calum Wright and Robbie Moult, FreshMex has served a range of gourmet street food dishes all over Aberdeenshire at numerous public, private & corporate events.

With an overwhelmingly positive reaction from the public, FreshMex has since grown to gain a ‘food residency’ at the Adams in Aberdeen city centre, as well as at the St Machar bar on Aberdeen University’s Old Aberdeen campus.

Open 7 days a week on both Holburn Street and High Street, the Adams and the St Machar are the first FreshMex fixed outlets – pairing our Tex-Mex inspired food with a great selection of beers, wines & spirits from the comfort of local family run bars!

We serve our own take on Tex-Mex style dishes including Burritos, Fajitas, Nachos & Tacos – which can all be fully customised and perfected by any combination of our fresh, high quality handmade fillings & toppings.
With vegan, dairy free, gluten free and even fat free options available, we guarantee you’ll find something that will leave you feeling fully satisfied… Sit-in or takeaway - we hope you enjoy!!
