Firenza Pizza specializes in truly hand-crafted and made-to-order artisanal pizzas. These gourmet pizzas are created with house made sauce and hand stretched dough. Chef-inspired signature pies include the Big Kahuna featuring smoked ham, bacon and tropical pineapple and the award-winning Chipotle Chicken topped with crema and fresh pico de gallo. Guests can also customized their pizzas with nearly 40 fresh toppings including house roasted garlic, creamy mozzarella ovalini and delicious pepperoni. Once the pizzas are created, they're baked in an 800 degree stone-hearth oven and cooked to perfection in minutes. In addition to pizza, the restaurant offers guests customizable salads, oven baked wings, homestyle meatballs, breadsticks and more.
