Established in 1994, by 0wners, Robert Martinez and Roe Hernandez. Enchiladas Y Mas is a family owned business run by Robert and Mary Martinez, their son, Robert Jr. and Roe Hernandez and his daughters, Eva and Carmen.
Our goal is to make everyone feel like part of our family. So we offer homestyle cooking, like our mother, Ol' Maggie use to serve us. We try to make sure you don't leave hungry and that you come back and dine with us again. Come in and see why we say, "Never Trust a Skinny Cook!"
