Delgado's has been serving northeast Colorado the best Mexican food for over 30 years and has recently added Italian cuisine. Our philosophy has been to make great tasting food because anyone can make hot food, just look at the hundreds of hot sauces on the market. Most of our Mexican dishes are seasoned and smothered in red (very mild), green (medium little kick), or yellow (medium) sauce, we leave it up to you to spice it up to the level you like by offering our fresh salsas; pico de gallo (mild), salsa Miguel (jalapeño hot), Diablo (serrano very hot) or Salsa de la Muerte (habanero based extremely hot)
