New Jersey’s leading premium crawfish purveyor. After four years of researching, testing, and sampling, we found our crawfish. The cousin of the lobster; organic, sustainable, domestic crawfish tail meat is only harvested and processed in Louisiana. Farmed crawfish are raised through a meticulous process, painstakingly draining and refilling ponds, collecting traps daily, and battling the elements to raise a perfect crop. Diet is controlled by farmer, and peeling and processing is performed on site to assure impeccable quality. Our premium domestic crawfish tail meat is a rare treat and the luscious flavor will have your guests toting their friends and family for a taste.
