The Charles River Bistro, nestled on the Charles River Lagoon, is the go-to for great eats and programming in the heart of the Back Bay’s Esplanade.
Located within one of the world's most renown open spaces and beautiful urban parks, The Bistro is known for its celebrated classic and contemporary menu. Just off the banks of the Charles River lagoon, The Bistro boasts beautiful tree-lined Parisian style seating and an outdoor lounge.
The Charles River Bistro offers significant variety on its menu. The Bistro features New England seafood favorites, organic salads, hand pressed paninis, house-baked desserts, and even an array of beers, wines, ciders and a full sangria and mimosa bar for Sunday brunches.
Among the dozens of events held at the Hatch Shell and directly at the Bistro, the sunset Prix-Fixe dinners and weekend live music brunches are among the most popular. Every week from May through October, enjoy:
- Sunday Jazz Brunch, featuring live jazz
- Bar menu including beers, wines, sangria and a full mimosa bar
- Saturday Soul Music Brunch, featuring live soul and funk
