We are OPEN 4PM TO 8PM TUESDAY-SUNDAY (Closed Monday) mainly due to our specialty Brick Oven 4 Hour warm up time...we must also still work out our scratch made recipes and the staff must be trained properly.. Please, stop around 4pm, during posted evening hours to sample what a REAL NY STYLE pizza tastes like. This special thin crisp crust is authentic in every way like the Famous NEW YORK Pizzerias we know and love.. please don't compare our NY style pizza's with the all the local pizza shops around here.. We prefer to make OUR NewYork Style Pizza a premium choice, far different from the local big volume delivery places. if you like YOUR pizza place we totally understand... If everything goes well we hope expand hours to add lunch service and possibly offer delivery
