A rustic setting offering naturally leavened breads, pizzas and some pastries baked in our wood-fired brick oven, using local ingredients when possible.

We have opened our first permanent indoor location after more than 10 years at the Thunder Bay Country Market. We are offering our signature pizzas and rustic breads baked in our new wood-fired dome oven. We continue to offer brick oven building consultation.

Visit us for high quality, tasty, healthy products made – whenever possible – with organic ingredients from the growers and producers in Northwestern Ontario. We’re looking forward to welcoming you!
