Berne Wood-Fired Pizza will serve pizza Wednesdays in June, July and August from 5-8 PM. Free live music plays by two band nightly on our outdoor stage. Pizza served rain or shine.
If you have never eaten a wood-fired outdoor pizza, here are a few things that you may find helpful:
1. Pizza is served on the box. If you want to eat from plates, please bring your own!
2. There will be some picnic tables on the grounds, but you are welcome to bring your own lawn chairs or throw a blanket out and truly have a picnic! NEW THIS YEAR: We will provide folding chairs and benches on a first-come, first-get basis. If you take a chair, please return it when you leave.
3. Pop, water, chips, and ice cream is sold on the grounds, but you may bring in your own beverages, including beer or wine.
4. You can pass the time by bringing a lawn or board game to play with your family and friends while your pizza cooks! We have a lot of green space.
5. We do not accept credit cards. We prefer you pay in cash!
6. Talented local musicians provide live music on our stage each night beginning at 6:30 PM. If you have musical talent that you would like to share, please email, bernepizza@gmail.com about the possibility of playing for our audience. Berne Wood-Fired Pizza is operated on the grounds of the Zwingli United Church of Christ in Berne, MN and is a fundraiser for the church.
