The team is as much foodies as any other foodie out there. The Central Coast loves its barbecue. People here know how to get down with grilling in its simplest form; tri-tip barbecued over an oak grill, simple dash of salt, pepper and garlic power cooked to near perfection. BBQ the Stix is firmly rooted on the Central Coast. They are keeping it as local as possible by using fresh produce from local farms.
