Welcome to the official Bayou Bob's Facebook page. We are a seasonal business operating exclusively at the Minnesota State Fair since 1997. Our menu is simple, focusing on serving fairgoers the best Alligator north of the Everglades. We serve it three different ways which include Deep Fried, Sautéed, and the famous Alligator Sausage on a Stick. Our other food offerings include Alligator SHAPED French fries, Hush Puppies, Frozen Red Seedless Grapes, Sugar Free Lemonade and Pepsi Co. Soft drinks.
