Batch 13 Biscuits and Bowls is a fast-casual restaurant concept created by Al Copeland Investments, which owns and operates Copeland’s of New Orleans. At Batch 13, we are dedicated to providing feel-good moments to our neighbors through community outreach and delicious food.
We’ve taken the famous Copeland’s biscuits, stuffed them, smothered them, and filled and glazed them to create one-of-a-kind sandwiches and bonuts (donuts made out of biscuit dough).
These morsels of goodness coupled with fresh, flavor-layered bowls which feature a variety of flavor profiles from Greek to Poké to Indian, will make you a firm believer of the luck that lies in the number 13.
13 was “Big Al” Copeland’s lucky number, and we’ve put it in our name to represent his legacy as well as to create our own version of a baker’s dozen, or something extra. To carry out that concept, we are committed to dedicating 13% of our sales to a different local non-profit every quarter.
