Welcome to ATOSIM: A taste of Sunshine in Maine! Our FaceBook page will be documenting our journey towards bringing Latin-Caribbean Cuisine throught Maine but especially to Bangor, Maine. We began by teaching Latin-Caribbean Cuisine at our local RSU 22 & 25 Adult Ed Program to share our interest and love of food. We received such a great positive feedback we started to get many request to start a food service business like catering, wedding rehearsal dinners, food truck, and opening a restaurant. My staff and I have finally decided on continuing to teach by sharing recipes, developing further Adult Ed Program classes, and by pursuing a food truck business. This FaceBook page is dedicated to bringing this business to Bangor. All it's up's and down's, all it's excitement and drama. Don't know where this will end but we've decided on a goal and every step we take will always be a step towards that goal, to share our culture and flavor, to bring A Taste of Sunshine to Maine!
