A cow named MOO creates hand-crafted ice cream sandwiches. We sell them from our custom ice cream tricycle at various events and locations in Lakeland, FL.

We believe in using quality ingredients, local when we can find them, and crafting unique flavor combinations. Our ice cream sandwiches are made with our own homemade ice cream that is fresh, super creamy and delicious. We bake all our cookies too! We are constantly trying out new favors and welcome suggestions. Some of our favorites have been the goat cheese and cognac infused fig on shortbread cookies, also wonderful is the sweet basil and honeyed pine nut ice cream. We are looking forward to participating in the growing craft food movement.
