The goal of 312 Beef & Sausage is to bring all the greatest, traditional Chicago eats right to downtown Freeport. Adam spent over a decade living in the Windy City. In fact, it’s where his wife was born and raised, and the two of them still have roots there. They, along with their parents, Doug and Carolyn, are now excited to share their favorite flavors with authentic options, like their Italian beef sandwich, fresh-cut fries, and, of course, the iconic Chicago-style dog.
