The Alchemist Brewery is a 15 barrel, small production brewery specializing in fresh, unfiltered IPAs. We are currently focused on brewing one beer perfectly: Heady Topper, our flagship Double IPA.
The Cannery in Waterbury is no longer open to the public but our Stowe Facility is open for business! Please visit us Tuesday-Saturdays from 11-7 for tastings and to purchase beer.
