I've been making cakes now since December 2012 when I had a go at a couple of Christmas cakes as presents for friends and family. Since then I have been exploring YouTube and google for inspiration to make more cakes. In August 2013 I gained my level 2 food hygiene certificate and also had my kitchen inspected by NFDC environmental health who deemed me fit to supply food to the public with a 5* rating.
