Harvest 2 Home, Inc. (H2H) is a local business with a mission to build a healthier community. We offer fully prepped, ready to cook dinner meal kits and ready to eat gourmet boxed lunches. All of our meals are made with only organic and natural ingredients and without unnecessary and potentially dangerous additives. Delivery and Pickup is available daily between 3-6pm. Orders must be placed by noon the day prior to delivery or pickup.
