At first, Mackinaws Grill & Spirits was just an idea we talked about whenever we stayed in log cabins during our annual family ski trips to the Colorado Rockies. That conversation became a reality in 2002, when we made the decision to harvest the mighty Norway Spruce Pines planted by my father and grandfather on Green Bay’s West Side.
