Pessagno Winery fulfills a twenty-year dream of winemaker Stephen Pessagno to produce limited quantities of exclusive luxury wines from prestigious single vineyards throughout Monterey and San Benito Counties.
The inspiration for Pessagno Winery is attributed to Stephen's grandfather, Anthony Escover, who introduced him to winemaking on the family's Santa Clara Valley ranch in 1974. "How vividly I remember crushing overripe Zinfandel grapes - stems and all - into 500 gallon redwood tanks, and I'll never forget the enticing aroma that filled the barn during fermentation," Stephen recalls.

The Templin Saloon was established in 1906 in Gonzales, Texas where it has operated as a domino hall and local saloon. Over the years it has changed names and gone through several owners but not much has physically changed. In 2014, it was reopened under the original name and now functions as a live music venue as well as a saloon and pizzeria, St. Paul Pizzeria. To accommodate larger crowds, a backyard area was constructed which functions as an outdoor music venue.
As one looks around upon entering, The Cabin gives off an aura of authenticity
and realism. The original cypress roof is still visible from inside, and even the
spider webs of 100 years ago are still clinging to the ceiling. The Cabin serves local
