Waffle irons are not just for breakfast! I've discovered not only is it fun to cook everything on a waffle iron, it tastes great too! When I stepped out of full time corporate restaurant management 15 years ago to be a full time stay at home mom I began to play around with waffle recipes for the kids. That lead to great culinary discoveries on the waffle iron for my now family of 5.
