The roads leading to Marlborough (our own Putake) have been complex. Just like our honey. We've learnt from the old timers and traditional honey makers, and boldly challenged the status quo at times. Saveur sits on the banks of the Taylor River in Blenheim, right in the heart of the Marlborough Wine region. We are open seven days a week from 7.30am for brunch and dinner. We welcome group dining, with a private mezzanine dining area and a range of set menus for larger groups are available.
Le Delice, our on-site pâtisserie, is stocked daily by our in house pastry chef with a range of sweets, cakes, muffins and French pastries, available to enjoy in the cafe or paired with a takeaway coffee for those on the run.

When we first have this food truck, we didn't have any idea about what to sell. We are not professional chef or qualified baker. However, we love food, we enjoy meeting and serving people. So in the first year, we just had frozen yoghurt and our only food products was Kroket bun.
Kroket is an Indonesian-Dutch deep fried beef spring roll in bun, our style.
