In addition to traditional and innovative ice creams made with 17% butterfat Lochmead Dairy cream, Mallard also crafts non-dairy coconut cream flavors (called Ices), like raspberry coconut made with buckets of local raspberries, as well as seasonal fruit sorbets. The Oyster Bar at Bayou on Bay will be moving to a larger space at the Herald Building in the Spring of 2014 and have the new name Rock and Rye Oyster House.
