The Greek letter theta «Θ» is the traditional symbol for life. It’s the life cycle but also the ouroboros snake. The Early Egyptians used a symbol for Kosmos in the form of theta and also the symbol of a point within a circle ( , the sun disc) to represent the sun and the Source of life.
As the very first Gluten and Dairy Free Restaurant in Cyprus we have put in great efforts in bridging the gap between healthy and delicious and focusing on quality ingredients. We have created a menu of dishes packed with flavour, that will guarantee a burst of excitement on your palette. We bake our fresh Gluten free breads daily and make all our own Cashew Cheeses in a variety of flavours. We also take great pride in the desserts in our display.
Here at Theta we aim to provide a healthy eating lifestyle with delicious food made with lots of love and integrity with fresh, quality, natural, colourful ingredients full of flavour cooked daily, in our Gluten and Dairy free kitchen and free from contamination. That will keep you energized and feeling healthy all day.
In our menu we have brought back a lot of the forgotten ancient grains like Sorghum, Millet, Guinoa and added incredible modern twists to them. Our environment has been decorated to bring about relaxation, calmness and tranquility to your heart and soul.
We believe that a culture is as great as it’s dream and those dreams are created by artists. We therefore have created the Θ Art Wall, were we will be featuring the Θ Artists of the Month. Artists will have the opportunity to display and sell their work, communicate and put their vision out to the world for totally free. It’s our way of thanking artists for their work.
