In January 2017 Johnnie Nicholson took ownership of The Sail Loft from the previous owners and opened the doors with a brand new breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. Johnnie is the chef-patron of The Bell at Saxmundham, a popular neighbourhood restaurant with rooms.
