We offer a variety of fresh sourdough breads, pastries and beautiful wedding cakes at the heart of Mount Shasta.

The Oven Bakery was founded on the belief that wholesome and organic ingredients make the best of foods. Through baking and creating great breads and pastries, we connect with our community by feeding our families, friends and neighbors. Our breads are made with sourdough cultures created over a decade ago. We start with the best ingredients and use traditional methods to create consistently high quality, handcrafted breads and pastries. Our dough is mixed by hand, the bread is hand shaped and baked in a wood fired brick oven.

The Oven Bakery has a commitment to excellence that extends beyond our products, to the service and value we provide every day. We are driven by our ethical and moral principles to practice business with honesty and openness and our strength comes from relationships.
