The Guardian Grill has recently acquired a contract with The City of Gonzales and now operates the JB Wells Expo concessions during the events.

The Guardian Grill was created by one of the former co-owners of The Lil' Red Smokehouse, Mitchell Bennett. Mitchell and his wife, Jennifer, started their own food catering/ event trailer called, The Guardian Grill, LLC. The Guardian Grill, LLC. was named as a tribute to the men and women of uniform. The business is owned and operated by brothers, Mitchell Bennett and Jacob Fuller. There are many members of this family owned business that dedicated and continue to dedicate many years of service to our country as law enforcement personnel, military personnel, and medical personnel. Jennifer, Mitchell, and Jacob take a lot of pride in providing high quality foods in a friendly atmosphere in honor of the men and women of uniform.
