Stella’s Restaurant & Bar is a svelte eatery housed in the two-story Historic Centennial Building in uptown Perrysburg. Its narrow interior consists of red oak-paneled walls; hues of soft, elegant blue on the first floor and bright, dominant red on the second; and the same oak-paneled textures on the Mezzanine level ceiling. To the right of the entrance is a stunning oak bar with beautiful commissioned paintings as the backdrop, outlined by racks of wine.
Tables of solid oak, cushioned chairs and long banquets on the first floor make one feel safe and comfortable when settling in for dinner. Upon entering, you are greeted by an inviting oak staircase with brass front accents and a stunning sculpture of multicolored, hand-blown glass flowers cascading through an oak railed square from the second floor, inviting you to ascend to the second floor dining area.
Our larger second floor dining room overlooks Louisiana Avenue and is accented in deep red and black colors accompanied by rich red oak banisters and tables with padded oak chairs and carpeted floor. Our third floor Mezzanine gives a fantastic view of the second floor and the cascading glass ménage descending from the ceiling.
It’s oak paneled ceiling, gold wallpaper and linen covered tables make it a perfect spot for a private dining experience, business meeting, or social gathering for up to 35 guests on a daily basis. For larger occasions, our second floor can be reserved to accommodate up to 75 people, and the entire restaurant can be reserved for private events on Sundays.
The menu demonstrates classic cuisine while acknowledging comfort food. This unique blend, combined with the cool, casual atmosphere of the restaurant, creates an inspired American Cuisine experience. Stella’s has a large menu with tapas/appetizers, sandwiches, dinner salads, steaks, fresh seafood, pasta, fowl, lamb, and daily features. The versatility of the menu is such that both the adventurous and traditional diner will be able to find something to please, leaving with the temptation to return again.
Stella’s offers a large wine list both by the bottle and glass, as well as an extensive cocktail menu, an array of both single-malt and blended Scotch whiskies, select barrel bourbons, and a selection of beers including domestic, imported and microbrews. When you come in for lunch or dinner, you can enjoy a sandwich and cold glass of beer, some tapas and a glass of wine, or pair one of our entrées with a bottle of fine wine. Or, simply stop in for cocktails at the bar to meet old friends or make new ones. An array of refreshing desserts made by our pastry chef is available to top off your meal, or as a nightcap after a play or concert.
Live entertainment is provided Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, starting with light jazz instrumentals of saxophone, keyboard and guitar, combined later in the evening with live – and lively – vocals on our first floor.
