Silverheels has been an institution among Summit County’s fine dining scene for nearly 30 years. Founded by Colorado hall-of-fame restauranteur Bob Starekow in 1988, our mission has remained the same throughout, to deliver the best in Colorado cuisine with the outstanding service our customers have come to expect. General Manager/Partner Chris Miller has been at the helm since 2009 and has been an integral part of operations since 2000. Chef Tyler Carley uses only the freshest ingredients. Our chefs specialize in creating a unique blend of Asian fusion combined with classic Colorado fare.
Our dedication to serving the highest quality food demands the utmost attention to detail. Using hand-cut Lombardi steaks, fresh Idaho rainbow trout and all natural chicken along with the freshest seafood available, our staff is constantly pushing to bring you the finest food in Summit County.
