Chef, Aziz Longou has always dreamed of opening an Italian restaurant, so when there was an opportunity in Solon, he had to take it. Red Vespa is the first pizzeria in the state of Iowa to be certified by the Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani and the Verace Pizza Napoletana, and we're very proud to offer you a piece of Italian tradition.
