RESIKLO was created by Gilbert and Diana Grace . Both experienced, culinary experts. Gilbert and Diana both owned and operated upscale restaurants with high culinary standards. Gilbert’s “Alternative Bar and Grill “ was an instant hit in the midst of the 90’s up until 2001. While Diana’s “MOMBASA” also was a huge success between 2003 and 2006. This culinary team up between the couple gives RESIKLO a historic and a very promising, fun dining experience.
