Charlie Johnson first set up Q Fanatic in 2007 with one mission in mind: to provide mouthwatering barbecue to Champlin natives in a clean, friendly environment. 7 years later, Q Fanatic is quickly becoming a local landmark and barbecue legacy!
At Q Fanatic, we are committed to satisfying our customers with great food and excellent service. Some of our regulars’ favorites include the corn fritters, fall-off-the-bone ribs, sliced brisket, and pulled pork. All of our meats are smoked on a daily basis to bring out the distinct hickory flavor, and our eight house barbecue sauces are made from scratch.
