A true oasis to backpackers in the Cuchumatane Mountains of Guatemala. Your trip through the northern region is not complete unless you have stopped by to enjoy a piece of homemade apple pie or yogurt smoothie.

Popi's is a Hostel and Cafe... some of the best food in Guatemala!
The ladies here make soy based ice cream, apple pie, fresh bread, cookies... SO many wonderful things.
