The story of Papa begins with a dream of greatness born from simplicity. He started out as a young man, who worked as a cook in a little village, wanting to achieve and create something that can make people happy, and as he grew up, he watched American entertainment wrestlers while working in the kitchen, Hulk Hogan to be exact, who was his Idol, and he saw how happy the people on TV and around him were when Hulk was on, and cheered him on through his matches against his opponents. It was decided, he wanted to become a wrestler, a hero who fights for good, and keep the people happy and entertained.
For a few years, he wrestled in Mexican lucha libre and felt as if he was on top of the world, and gained his nickname, “Papa”, because he cared for everyone like he was a father, and always gave away balloons to the children, who attended his fights, and everyone cheered on and helped him reach to the top, but as he reached there, he got a new perspective on life.
The fighting was for entertainment, but there was still a hunger within, he missed cooking, and seeing genuine smiles of people satisfied by the food that he prepared and cooked, so at the night before his last match, he did just that, and prepared meals for the audience and his opponents, and announced his retirement from being a luchadore, revealing his true identity to the world, and introducing his food truck to the world, that he said he would drive across the world to cook for people and spread happiness for food.
Today Papa has opened his first online restaurant, delivering the best of Mexican food, infused with an American twist, promising you nothing but goodness, that transforms into instant happiness that might make you think it’s “Too good to be legal!”
