ΠΑΡΑΔΟΣΙΑΚΗ ΤΑΒΕΡΝΑ ''ΤΟ ΚΑΖΑΝΙ'' Αραδίππου, 99 313236. Ετοιμάζει για εσάς με πολλή μεράκι ένα πλούσιο μεζέ, ότι καλυτερο υπάρχει στην κυπριακή κουζίνα, όπου σε συνδυασμό με την μαγευτική διακόσμηση του χώρου και ένα καλό κρασί, θα σας ταξιδέψει σε άλλες εποχές.

ΤΟ ΚΑΖΑΝΙ….στα τέλη του 19ου αιώνα ξεκίνησε σε αυτό εδώ το ιστορικό σπίτι η διαδικασία παραγωγής ζιβανίας με την πανάρχαια μέθοδο του «καζανιού», η οποία διήρκεσε αρκετά χρόνια, μέχρι τα μέσα του 20ου αιώνα…. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ανέγερσης της ταβέρνας βρέθηκε στο κελάρι, το ιστορικό αυτό καζάνι με τα υπόλοιπα (της τότε εποχής) εργαλεία, με πολλή προσοχή το συναρμολογήσαμε και το διατηρούμε στην ταβέρνα μας!!

'ΤO KAZANI'(caldron)... It all started at the end of 19th century in this Historical House with the procedure of distilling Zivania which lasted until the mid of 20th century...
During the building of the structure has been found this Historical Caldron with the rest of the tools and with much care we have assembled and till now saving it with care...
